NASA awarded Robust Analytics a SBIR Phase II contract to build a prototype Monitor for Airport and Network Operational Risk (MANOR). The MANOR technology will be a single source for integrating many diverse data sources to monitor and forecast combinations of conditions at major airports that disrupt flight operations. MANOR monitors current constraints and forecasts airport operating conditions for the next 15 hours. In additional to generating airport capacity and delay forecasts, MANOR analyzes surface operations, predicts congestion at arrival fixes, and accounts for convective weather that may disrupt airport arrival and departure flows. A standalone NOTAMs web application ingests and reports prioritized notifications of interest to airline dispatchers.
